  Beginning in June, the Lincoln Park Metropolitan District will begin a project to repair and resurface Market Street, Ashbury Lane and Amison Way.  During construction, residents may experience intermittent parking restrictions and road closures.  We appreciate as we work to improve these roads.  Please contact Pat Shannon, Assistant District Manager, with any questions at 303-265-7998.

  Moving traffic enclosures follow signs.  Aventerra Parkway and Alzere Place are alternative routes to get around work zones.
